Superior Service
Despite the number of bad incidents I have had with Nedbank in general, I would like to express my sincere and profoundest gratitude to Ellen from Campus Square Branch for going the extra mile in resolving my problem. Ellen was very helpful and friendly and provided me with feedback. Ellen has now turned a very disgruntled client into a happy one...I wish her much more prosperity.
