Superb service - Leon Ntombela

I would like to compliment a gentleman by the name of Leon Ntombela in the Nedbank Contact Center, being a long standing client with Nedbank as well as previous employee, I'd like to commend him for his superb customer service skills, ability to build rapport and cross-selling ability. He was polite and knowledgeable.

This young man must be upskilled into a transactional banker role or business manager role because he has a bright future at Nedbank. I have been a Nedbank client for over 14 years and this is the first time I speak to a consultant who is so eager and sounds like he actually enjoys his job.

So kudos to Leon, give that man his flowers!
