i would like to thank Oduetse Ditire team leader at helpdesk Nedbank i struggled for more than a week for my loan appplication to be processsed spoke to lots of people who didnt care what customer's needs is, but immediatly i started to speak to Oduetse Ditire my life became easier mr you are one in millions you know whats customer's needs is hope you doing this for all needbank clients you didnt only do it for me , keep up the good work you are a star, hope you colleques are learning from you you can teach them one or two things about cumstomers's needs.
