Superb service

<p>Hi there ,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been a Nedbank client for 3 years now and two months back I have been experiencing problems with my cellphone banking , send imali to be specific. I have been phoning the call centre several times and even went to Nedbank Newtown Juction with no assisttance. I was beyond annoyed beccause going to the and calling the call centre is such a night mare and time consuming. </p> <p> </p> <p>Today I went to Nedbank Van Riebeck shopping centre as my last resort and I had made up my mind that if my query doesnt get resolved I was prepared to close my account. I was assisted by a lovely lady by the name of Palesa Maile. She was super friendly and and efficient ,she resolved my query and I walked out of there a happy customer. I wish we had more people like her in the banking sector ,friendly ,understanding and efficient.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Palesa ,you made my day :) </p>
