Super Slow Service

So we have a stokvel account at Nedbank. We placed a notice 04/01/2018 last week to have our funds distributed to all the members as this assists members for school fees and any expenses that they expect in January. From experience, with other banks I know it takes normally 24-48 hours to have the money distributed but till today nothing has happened and we get the same response "Expect it at any time between today and tomorrow"
