SUPER SERVICE FROM XOLANI MCUBE

A big thank you to Xolani Mcube from your East Rand Mall branch in Boksburg. I app**** for a personal loan via your call center and was prompted to go sign the documents at my closest branch. When I got there, there was a bit of a mix up on my loan application with reference numbers being allocated to a different client. Xolani immediately tried to sort out the confusion and the frustration. Because I was in my lunch break I had to leave before I could sign the documentation. Xolani apologized sincerely on behalf of the Nedbank team and promised to keep me up to date, when the documents would be ready to be signed off.
