SUPER CLIENT SERVICE!!!!

I have been fortunate enough when I go to the Nedbank Mall of Africa branch, to be assisted by Pule Raphahlela, I wish to highlight that he has excellent customer service s****s and does not only assist with matters at hand, but he picks up other things which He makes recommendations on to fix and / or adjust which shall be to my benefit as a Nedbank client.

Yesterday 22 August 2018 Pule, a Lady whom I unfortunately did not catch her name and Vincent were welcoming, friendly and made me feel at home with their warm and "We will help you" atmosphere filled with laughter.
