Suffocating Clients
I visited the Nedbank branch at the Cresta Shooping centre this morning. The branch is currently undergoing renovations - as much as I can respect the fact that they are trying to improve the look and standard of the branch I fail to understand the state of the branch this morning.

As I walked in there was a strong smell of, what smelt like turpentine. I could barely breath! There was a lady in front of me who had her child with her, this poor child looked like he was about to faint from the smell. I had a chat with one of the staff members to ask why are we not being provided with dust masks at the very least - her response was \We are also suffering".

These conditions are not acceptable. I am pretty sure even the contractors adhere to certain health and safety rules and regulations.

Big thumbs down to Nedbank on this one! """
