Such cold and ******** consultant

Yesterday I went to Empangeni Nedbank branch, we were accompanying a very old and unwell man, so old that he needs 3 people to lift him cos he can’t even walk anymore, he was just there because his card blocked due to a wrong pin entered. So we carried the old man and set him on the second consultants counter cos there was no one there, so when she came I explain to her the “obvious” condition of the man, he must be supported even as she seats, I’m talking about a person who uses pipes and container to pee and release himself. having seen how they treat him everywhere we take him. This lady tells us that we must take a ticket and join the queue like everybody else, I looked at the tickets counter, which was where I started but found no one and there was still no one, she goes on to call the next customer. Then this polite lady on the first tickets counter tells us to bring umkhulu to her, then she proceeds to ask what the problem is and we told her, she was content and calm and didn’t even take 5 minutes helping us. I was disappointed on the First Lady, in such a big bank with that stinking attitude, I was going to tell you her name but she wasn’t wearing a name tag either, I looked at the managers office but he wasn’t there. I’m used to transporting the elderly and it was the time meeting such an ******** person. Yoh🙌

It’s a pity I’m giving you one star because that other woman handled everything swiftly.
