SUCH AN UNPLEASANT SERVICE

Nedbank has been offering an unpleasant service lately. I app**** for an increase on my overdraft. Now when I try to track the application. It seems there's no status and the lady that assisted me with the application was advised to contact me but she hasn't and I don't know what's going on the application.
