Such a hassle working with Nedbank HomeLoans

I took up a Nedbank Homeloan. I was advised that i cannot negotiate the interest rate before its activated, I'd have to wait for it to be activated. Now ive activated and been paying, loyally. I called to negotiate it now and its such a headache. I loaded and depleted more than R50 airtime. All my calls hold till the airtime finishes and i have to reload. Its such a hassle and my request is still not fulfilled
