Such a disaster of a bank

I am really starting to hate dealing with Nedbank. I find myself sitting with 3 different cheque account. When I was happy with just having one, which is a bundle account and not using it to it’s full potential as the consultant advised so.

Wanted to add on an over draft facility but ended up having 2 new account, don’t even know if it was added on those ones either.

Now I have to close these 2 new accounts which will turn my credit profile upside down and reapply for what I actually wanted in the 1st place again it will affect my credit profile because it will look like I app**** for 3 loans in a short space off time.

I need this taken care of ASAP.

But look at my profile I need Nedbank to come up with a more credit profile friendly approach.

I need one cheque account to be converted to a credit card. The other account to be merged with the current one and include the over draft on it.
