Such a disappointment

I have been using Nedbank for over 3-4 years. it has been my go-to bank for everything but as of July 2020 I have never been so disappointed in them. I opened a 4U account for my daughter and was called and told to send my daughters birth certificate to activate the account. I was a bit skeptical with all the ***** happening in our country but trusted them. upon sending and getting confirmation from the consultant on 10 July 2010 I was told that the card will be delivered. until today nothing has been done. I am ignored on twitter about my plea for clarity and the lady that's handling the account Ntombizodwa has not returned my emails. I don't think I should wait for 3 months to get a Childs bank card that I have plans for in using and saving for my child. I feel like I'm over looked by the company and don't really matter coz I don't have money of maybe I'm not their acquired profile they want. I'm 7 months pregnant and don't need this type of stress especially by a company that I trusted. I really considering switching banks maybe I will get more attention from there coz clearly I don't matter with this bank.
