stupid team

I just wonder how you guys work , i doubt even the staff you have get trainined or get to check their work promply.Here i am today again enquiring about the application for my deceased grandmother again then boom 3 months down the line im told the case was closed , how so as i did all what was requred of me to do and what sickens me worse is that the case was closed the same day i sent the documents and did cc the relevent people that was working on this ****en case. Halima Akoojee and DV Gopolang i felt to understand whats the problem exactly as nedbank deceased payment was tagged along but the very same Gopolang decides to say the case is closed on the email (*** / case *** / ***3). I sent those document in November then the Estate Credit Balance Team comes to tell me i need to provide the documents again , how many times i should be sending the same **** over and over again .This is ****en fustrating honestly
