STUPID NEDBANK CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT

Nedbank is full of nonsense they are just pathetic, I have paid-up the stupid credit card 2 days ago, called 2 ****en times and both consultants confirmed that the amount shows on their system but they still havent closed the account therefore they wont be able to send me the settlement letter, WHAT ****EN NONSENSE IS THAT????? they badly wanted their money now that they have it they dont want to give me whats due to me. I WANT THAT SETTLEMENT LETTER WITH IMMIDIATE EFFECT JUST LIKE HOW I HAVE PAID THEM THEIR R11 220 IN FULL. MXM TO THINK THAT I WANTED TO MOVE MY SALARY TO NEDBANK I BETTER THINK AGAIN BECAUSE WOW HERE WE ARE FIGHTING YET AGAIN MXM. I WANT THE LETTER AND I WANT MY NAME CLEARED FROM EXPERIAN IMMIDIATELY.
