Stupid bank

I’m so angry and disgusted by this bank , I’ve send R2100 to an incorrect number through sendimali and when I call the call center I’m told they can’t reverse the money... why can’t we reverse the money ? FNB can reverse ewallet but Nedbank cannot. ****** bank
