Stupid bank

Worst ****en bank I have ever banked with. I lost my card and blocked and replaced it in my app. Saturday the 19th I came in to collect but was told by SOUTHGATE BRANCH that they don't have my card without even looking told me delivery will be today. Today 22/10/2019 I called to say I was in traffic I'm 2 minutes late and literally I was 2 minutes late they refused to help me the security rather laughs and says they closed I'm explaining I won't make it from where I work to here before 5 only today he says come back tomorrow when I can clearly see inside there is other customers all I needed was to sign for my card but they wouldn't help me yet their consultant sent me away 2 minutes late banking with nedbank was a big mistake
