Stupid bank

I regret switching to nedbank. I went to their atm and deposited my last money and then atm cancelled the transaction and kept the cash. I went into the branch(midrand branch) then im been told i need to wait for the money for 5 days. I have obligations that i need to fullfil with that money now im stuck with no cash at all.
