stup consultants and they are useless

I phoned in today and I was on the line with more that 5 people explaining one thing and they won't help I made arrangement with them to pay off my arrears of R1200 in 2months and I asked them to send me the arrangement letter or something in writing to show that I made arrangement and I need that letter for work purposed but they won't help and not getting this letter might result in me being dismissed as I will be working in the accounts departments and we can never have arrears. I really received a bad service and I was on the line for more that an hour bad service
