Stuggling to get Nedbank to do the right thing

Hi Guys<br> <br> I am struggling to get Nedbank to honor my request. i would like Nedbank to debit a lump sum of R25k from my main account and put it into my personal loan account. Account number ***. From there i would like them to increase my personal loan account monthly contribution to R3k per month. Which means i wil only pay for March and April. From there i should have settled my personal loan. However i have called the personal loans dept and the lady was very helpful. But when i called collections. I was put on hold forever after several attempts.<br> <br> Please sort this out and revert back to me once done<br> <br> Regards<br> Bakithi
