Study loan, or loan shark?

App**** for a Nedbank study loan, hoping that being a 15 year customer, they would grant me the study loan, and while I study, I pay the interest, then post-study I pay off the capital (as advertised I may note), however clearly Nedbank does not want to help their customers trying to study - if I wanted a study loan with the terms they offering I would have got a personal loan, actually considering moving banks. Nedbank has been a disappointment.
