Student loan saga

If I could put no stars I would. I am appalled with Nedbank. I app**** for a student loan for my son weeks ago and had to chase after the banker to find out what are the updates and developments of the application. I then received a generic rejection without any clear explanation. I expected better from a bank of this stature which I have banked with them for years. There is no reason that I should have been rejected as I have the affordability which the banker told me I had. I hope they address these issues and even perhaps reverse the situation.
