Student loan not paid out

My sister app**** for a student loan on 7 February 2015. I signed as her surety.<br> It took longer than 1 month for the loan to be approved and for us to sign the contract.<br> <br> I had to complain on twitter and on the Nedbank website every time I required feedback.<br> <br> We signed the contract on 14 March 2015.<br> <br> The debit order for the loan went off my account on time, 25 March 2015, no hassles whatsoever.<br> I did not need to contact anyone at Nedbank for this debit order to go off.<br> <br> However the loan has still not been paid out.<br> It has been 2 months since we app**** for the student loan.<br> <br> I have complained on twitter and on the website about this.<br> How can I be paying back a loan which has not yet been paid out?<br> What sort of business practice is this?<br> <br> I have again complained on twitter and the Nedbank website about this.<br> But I have received no feedback.<br> <br> We still owe the university. My sister still does not have textbooks.<br> But I am paying back a loan to Nedbank, which we have not received.
