Student Loan Nightmare! Nedbank fails to deliver!!

I was referred by various personal associates that Nedbank would be the best solution to my student loan application needs. My daughter and I visited your Midlands Mall branch in Pietermaritzburg, and submitted all the supporting documentation required to inform your application process on 8th January 2016, a fact that I have on record.Yesterday, nearly two months later we were yet to receive any form of communication, until a brief sms came through stating that we had not submitted the required documents. A visit to the Midlands Mall branch yesterday afternoon proved to be further fruitless, as the consultant who handles student loans, was trying his best to lay the blame for the current situation at my doorstep, despite the fact that I have proof to the contrary. I am still without a solution and my daughter is sitting in CapeTown without any funds to live off, or the means to pay her student fees which are due!! The stress from this situation has affected my health, and is in my opinion, completely unnecessary. All I want is some help!! Nedbank needs to come to the party soon, because this situation is contrary to whatever reputation they had built with other people!!
