Student Loan

I have app**** for a student loan on 21 January 2020. As at 6 March 2020 I still do not have an outcome on my application. With numerous follow ups and I have escalated to our Personal Banker. The sad part is, both my husband and I have our home loan, and personal bank accounts with them. Our home loan took for ever I should have known by then that the service is pathetic!
