Struggling to Remove Building Insurance

Hi there, i would just like to know can anyone at Ned-bank please assist me?

I have been Calling your customer service, just been send around and around. first is insurance then it is Home loans then is a new number that takes like R60 airtime waiting time

I changed my Ned-bank building insurance to Momentum, and Ned-bank told told us it has been cancel and the but when my Bond debit order went off the insurance also went off

I need Someone to please contact me so that i can adjust my bond installment and remove the building insurance form the Bond Total so that only the house goes off and not the insurance
