Struggling to find basic information

I opened a business account yesterday online and was super impressed with how quick and easy it was. However I am now waiting for activation. Nowhere on the internet or on Nedbank sites anywhere can I find any info on how long this takes, what must I do? How much I need to deposit? I received an sms saying I would be contacted. When? How long must I wait? Its really disappointing that you started so good and then fizzled out into total incompetence. Secondly, I tried to install the money app on my PC, Windows 10 and I cant. Nowhere again on the internet or on Nedbank, not even your chat bot will answer the question if your money app is available on Windows? I've wasted 4 hours today trying to get these answers and it just completely confuses me why haven't you made this info available anywhere. I'm complaining here in the hope you can do something about it to prevent others from wasting their time too.
