STOP! Loading legal fees onto my home loan account

I have now asked you repeatedly with no feedback to please stop loading legal fees onto this account and you seem to not want to stop.

This account is up to date so why do you keep loading legal fees onto it?

PLEASE STOP LOADING LEGAL FEES ONTO THIS ACCOUNT?

You keep putting it into arrears and just load legal fees again FFS stop it now!
