****** money from my bank account (Sons Maintenance Money)

On Saturday i have opened an account with Nedbank for my sons maintenance to go in. Today i found out that Nedbank with out my knowledge went into that account and took my sons maintenance money for a loan that i have been disputing with Nedbank since 2015. Up until today no one has contacted me or resolve this query and now they just taking money out of my account which isn't even my money. So what about my sons school money that needs to be paid and his transport.
