****** Funds

I recently received payments into my nedbank account. When trying to withdraw from the atm I mistakenly keyed in my mobile app pin instead of my card pin. Realising my mistake, I keyed in the right pin but my card got retained by atm. Standing there in disbelief, I tried to bank via the app but could not access funds, so I blocked and replaced my card. A day later I access the app but to my surprise MY ACCOUNT IS EMPTY!! I contacted nedbank and I am told that they can't see any transactions within my account. Where is my money??? I want it back!
