Stole Money

I opened a new Savy account about 3 weeks ago after taking out a loan with Nedbank. My salary went in the Friday the 26/02/2016 and immediately afterwards they took R4601.00 from my account without informing me. I went to the branch the next day querying the deduction and was told by them that its for a credit card. I never had a credit card with NEDBANK. I was then told to call their legal department the Monday morning (29/02/2016)due to that department not working on a Saturday. I called the Monday querying the money taken and was passed from their legal department to Norton Attorneys and back again. No one has contacted me to inform me of the deduction or advise me what it is for and still today 03/03/2016 I'm still waiting on someone to call me back.<br> I spoke to a Loraine Evans in their legal department and a Joyce &amp; Lance at Norton Attoneys. Who the hell gives this people permission to take money from your account without your knowledge!!!!!! THIS IS CALLED *****LING!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR I'M TAKING THIS TO THE BANKING OMBUDSMAN. <br>
