Stokvel funeral cover

Our Stokvel joined the funeral cover since 2019, we have submitted the necessary documentation. Up to date the funeral cover has not debited anything to show that our funeral cover is active. I have made so many enquiries regarding that using emails and calls but I don't get any proper explanation as to why. Can anyone kindly assist!
