Stoke let account taking over 3months to change signatories.

I’m writing this to state our dissatisfaction and lack of urgency or rather very poor service provided by Nedbank Birch Acres, in October 2024 we went to their branch and asked to change signatories on our stokvel (The Pride of Sepharane), they asked us to type the resolution which we did however they told the appointed signatories to go back and come back on the 13th of Dec 2024(that was in Oct) with new signatories and it will take further 7 or more days before we can access our money. This is total insanity and have never seen it anywhere in the banking industry. Can someone please sort this thing sorted ASAP.
