Stockvel money blocked for more than 2 years

We are so disappointed with Nedbank how can a FICA be blocked for more than 2 years and the account get blocked and nobody has experience to sort this out. We have a stockvel account with Nedbank and we cannot access our account or do anything because the account is blocked and FICA as well, We have been taken pillar to post whenever we are at Nedbank. Westgate Mall and Clearwater mall are struggling to help us and we want our money. never seen such a useless bank.
