stockvel account no payments

Nedbank does not even deserve a start at this point. we have a stockvel account with Nedbank and this year it has been a mission for us to get our money. The ladies went to the bank on Monday Promenade Branch to release the funds. It is Thursday today and we have not received any form of communication from Nedbank nor our funds. This is the first time we are experiencing this and I'm very much disappointed with Nedbank Promenade.
