Stinking attitude

<p>Went to Birch Acres Nedbank to update my son's details, was assisted by Martha Madumele, she has no product knowledge, no empathy, not enthusiastic, rude with bad attitude and had no pride in her work.</p> <p> </p> <p>I felt not welcomed at that Branch, I only updated my son' cellphone number cause she told me they don't accept any retail account for change of address, must bring Municipality account, I had to turn back with my retail account statement.</p> <p> </p> <p>Martha Madumele needs to do training again. She is chasing us away from that branch.</p>
