Still waiting to talk to someone from Nedbank who can assist

There should be negative ratings for Nedbank Nedbank Insurance is probably the most disappointing service provider we have ever dealt with. It's unfortunate that a brand that may have been associated with premium service has deteriorated to such an extent that we will move our two home loans to a different bank.

Lightning struck our house almost a month ago, but we still do not have approval for our claim after we have chased Nedbank on a daily basis. We would love to talk to a senior customer service person to provide feedback so that Nedbank can work towards rebuilding their brand credibility, but sadly, this is an example of EXACTLY WHAT NOT to do!!!
