Still waiting for the upgrade of my Credit Card Account

<p>A While back I was called for my Gold Credit Card Account to be upgraded to Platinum, I done everything over the phone. untill today I am still waiting for a call or a sms or any notification for me to pick up the card. The last time I called they told me that I will be called. And that I must be verified and checked, why if I am already a client and I have been verified? For me this is bad customer service and bad service for not contacting the customer with any updates! And this is at least a month back.</p>
