STILL waiting for settlement balance

<p>I have been paying off my credit card through Smit Jones and Pratt. I have paid the agreed amount every month yet I NEVER receive any statements from SJP. More than a month ago I have requested SJP to furnish me with a settlement balance but despite numerous email follow ups my request is just ignored. Nedbank can you please ask your collector to answer their emails and provide me with a settlement balance as well as a detailed statement reflecting all payments made.</p>
