Still waiting for my American Express Card
I got a call from a Nedbank consultant Mid February advising me that my Credit card is about to expire and i need to renew, we did the renewal via telephone. I then advised for the cards to be delivered in Bellville where I work, I got an sms on 29/02/2016 saying the cards are delivered only to another branch in Wynebrg, which was an inconvenience and in getting there i only got 1 card and the other in despatch i have been waiting for that card since then, i called Nedbank in Wynberg on 01/04/2016 and was told to wait for the SMS as the card is still in dispatch. When am I excatly getting my card?
