Still waiting for feedback regarding the money that was sent to me

Still waiting for feedback regarding the money that was sent to me. Which was, R1000 and I only got R200 from the ATM. This happened at the Arcadia branch in Pretoria. On the 17/09/2021. I still maintain, it's not my fault that their machine was faulty. I didn't get the R800. I want that R800 now. I have the slips as proof. Nedbank pay my money back..
