Still waiting for feedback

Good Morning <br> <br> Ive app**** for personal loan via the call centre and it was pre approved. Documents were sent to me . However when i arrived at the branch with all the paper work I was informed it was declined . I then forward the information to nedbank feedback . Someone contacted me. At the time i was not able to answer the call ,which i called them back immediatly there was no answer . I left a message and still havent received the feedback.<br> <br> Can someone please inform me what is happening with my query.<br> <br> Regards <br>
