Still waiting for a response!
Please refer to complaint number: FI*** - May 26 2015 12:32PM - CCM ***, logged on your websitr and to date I have not received any feedback. All I keep getting is that the matter is still under investigation and should I not get any response, I will proceed to make the necessary steps to forward this matter to Ombudsman and consult my legal representation. It's been literally 11 days just investigating 1 transaction for a specific period??? As a forensic auditor myself, I know this cant be that complicated! What could be so hard about?<br> <br> Thanks<br> Akhona
