Thanks for addressing the query. I have my reservations about how you calculated the settlement amount, however, I am not prepared to fight you for R 1200. In my view, if you sign up for a service and are charged for it immediately, for a year ahead, you can't argue, that on closure/settlement, that the fee is retroactive; because in year 1, there was no prior year that I was being charged for.

You also didn't address my question about why points accumulate so slowly, but never mind, it's over.
