Still waiting for a paid up letter after paying 3months ago

I'm still waiting for the paid up letter and I still haven't received it from Nedbank, I'm not sure what I am supposed to do or say just to get a letter out of them as I've paid the amount owing I just want a valid piece of paper saying the money is paid up and I don't owe Nedbank - Please can you help with this please!!!!
