Still waiting for a call back.

Yesterday I called Nedbank short term insurance to change my address for my car insurance purposes. I also wanted them to add my house contents to my package and I was informed that I was going to get a call back at 5pm and to date no one has called me. My problem is the fact that all my items are brand new and each day that passes with them without being insured is a risk. I still await for a call back thanks!
