Still waiting

This is THE worst bank in South Africa by a long shot. I have been struggling with them to revert a mistake they made on my credit card by not closing it and then it went into arrears. A student credit card with a limit of R500 - it is still reflecting on my credit report after they said they will look at it and remove it.
