Still on ITC despite their promise!!!

I am having a problem with Nedbank... they listed me on ITC for not paying my credit card...I was a couple of months behind due to a medical condition and being hospitalised and having not received an income in that duration.... It is now paid up... they have updated the information however they have not yet removed me from ITC.<br> <br> I received an email saying it would be removed within 2 months of the credit card being paid up.... It was paid up in April... and still this bank has not kept their word!!!<br> <br> Plus they even closed my Nedbank account without even a notification!!! And on top of it before I went into the bank my card was still working on the atms!!!!!<br> <br> Don't ever use this bank! They do not keep their word and they do with your account as they please without any notification!!!<br>
