Still not settement letter!!!

I'm going through a divorce and all debts were left to me as my husband didn't qualify for credit and needed to settle his debts. I'm now left with his debts as well as looking after my son (which my ex doesn't pay maintenance for) so I'm left with just less than R1000 a month for groceries and petrol as well as day care fees.<br> <br> I need a consolidation loan to settle my debts and bring my repayments down, but I need settlement letters. I managed to get settlement letters within 24 hours from every other bank/institution. I've waited for nearly 2 months already for Nedbank!<br> <br> After calling in (which was unsuccessful because everyone transfers you to the next person), I decided to email [Email Removed] I then got a response from a Pamela Pilay which was awesome. I responded and lether know that I need settlement letters for all outstanding amounts. However, I've now sent 3 emails and I STILL don't have any settlement letters? Does anyone at Nedbank actually give a sh*t about their clients????<br> <br> Nebank have tried calling me regarding the debt, and no one seems to be able to assist. Also, I'm being called during meetings at work so I'm not always able to answer.<br> <br>
