Still no fica and card blocked

I have a Go banking credit card been paying every month although i never received a account from them for a few months. The problem stated when i wanted to pay it declined the transaction. I went to Nedbank Meyerton and the lady said i must fica my card which i did she said it will take 3 days to clear but up till now still a problem.also went to Nedbank three rivers the same story. I then phoned the bank and the lady told me thst my card was blocked cant understand why.Please rectify this
